Why is my account read-only or limited?

When Elevyn shows read-only or limited access, you can usually still view your business data, but you cannot change schedules, clients, checkout, or other day-to-day work until access is restored.

Common causes

Subscription ended or payment failed

If your paid time ran out or Apple could not renew, the app may move you to a state where editing is turned off. Open More, then Subscription, and renew or fix billing through Apple as prompted.

You are between subscribe and activation

Rarely, the Store finishes purchase a moment before Elevyn refreshes. Force-close and reopen the app, or tap Restore Purchases on the Subscription screen.

Demo / Guest Mode

If you never subscribed with your own shop, you may still be in exploration with sample data. Subscribe from More and your subscription screen when you are ready for your real business.

What to do next

  1. Open More > Subscription and confirm your plan shows active.
  2. On the device, check Settings > Subscriptions (Apple) for Elevyn.
  3. If everything looks paid but the app is still limited, use Customer Support & Help and describe what you see on the Subscription screen.
