Subscriptions Not Working
My subscription is not working (restore purchases)
Elevyn subscriptions are purchased through Apple. If you paid but the app still asks you to subscribe or limits features, work through these checks.
1. Confirm Apple has an active subscription
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Elevyn and confirm the subscription shows as active and not expired.
2. Restore purchases in Elevyn
- Open More (settings).
- Go to Subscription (or your subscription management screen).
- Use Restore Purchases (or the equivalent control) and wait for it to finish.
If restore succeeds, access should update within a short time. If the app says there is nothing to restore, Apple may be using a different Apple ID than the one that bought the subscription, or the purchase never completed.
3. Same Apple ID and network
- Make sure you are signed into the App Store with the Apple ID that paid for Elevyn.
- Try again on a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi often works best for StoreKit).
4. Get help
If it still fails, use Customer Support & Help in the app. Mention that you already checked Settings > Subscriptions on the device and tried Restore Purchases, and whether you recently changed devices or Apple ID.
