Yes. Your client list, pet notes, appointments, and shop details are central to your business, and we treat them that way.
How we protect your data
- Encryption: Data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit (between your device and our systems) and at rest when it is stored, so it is not sitting around in plain text on the network or in storage.
- Your account: You sign in with a secure account (for example, Apple, Google, or email). That identity is tied to your workspace so access is not anonymous or open to the public web.
- Your business: Information is scoped to your business and your signed-in account. Other Elevyn customers cannot see it, and using Elevyn does not put your client list on the public web.
- Transparency: For the full picture on what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and your choices, read our Privacy Policy. It is written to match how the product actually works.
Messaging and consent
When you use features like SMS, clients are only contacted in line with the consent and phone details you record for them in the app, and with applicable rules for business messaging.
