Deleting your account
In Elevyn, navigate to Settings > User Profile & Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm account deletion by following the instructions on the screen.
Important: Once you initiate account deletion, there is no undo. This cannot be reversed.
What will be deleted
- Your account and all personal data
- Your preferences and settings
- All businesses where you are the owner (including clients, appointments, and conversations)
- All subscription and billing records tied to your account
Before you delete
- You must not have any active subscriptions
- Your session must be recent (signed in within the last hour)
