Deleting your account

In Elevyn, navigate to Settings > User Profile & Account.

  1. Select Delete Account.
  2. Confirm account deletion by following the instructions on the screen.

Important: Once you initiate account deletion, there is no undo. This cannot be reversed.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and all personal data
  • Your preferences and settings
  • All businesses where you are the owner (including clients, appointments, and conversations)
  • All subscription and billing records tied to your account

Before you delete

  • You must not have any active subscriptions
  • Your session must be recent (signed in within the last hour)
