Deleting your account

  1. In Elevyn, navigate to Settings > User Profile & Account.
  2. Select "Delete Account".
  3. Confirm account deletion by following the instructions on the screen.

IMPORTANT: Note that once you initiate account deletion, there is no undo. This cannot be reversed.

What Will Be Deleted:

  • Your account and all personal data
  • Your preferences and settings
  • All businesses where you are the sole owner (including clients, appointments, conversations, staff)
  • For businesses where you're staff (not owner): You'll be removed, but the business remains
  • All subscription records and invitations

Before You Delete:

  • You must not have any active subscriptions
  • You must not be a co-owner of any business (transfer ownership first)
  • Your session must be recent (signed in within the last 5 minutes)
