I can’t sign in

Try these steps in order.

Email (passwordless) sign-in

  • Use the same email address you used when you created your Elevyn account.
  • Open the sign-in email on the same device where you started login, if the app asks you to.
  • Check spam or promotions folders for the message.
  • Request a new link or code if the old one expired, then try again.

Apple or Google sign-in

  • Use the same provider (Apple or Google) you used originally. Starting over with a different method can create a separate account.
  • If Apple or Google shows an error, update the app from the App Store, then try again.

Still stuck

From the sign-in screen, use any help or support link the app provides, or after you are in, open More and Customer Support & Help. Include the email or sign-in method you are using (never send passwords).
