Does Elevyn send appointment reminders to my clients?

Yes. Every subscription plan includes SMS, so you can send automated text reminders to help clients remember appointments and cut down on no-shows.

Whether a specific client gets a text depends on having a mobile number on file and their SMS consent (you’ll see status when you open that client in the Clients tab and use the consent flow there).

How far before an appointment reminders go out is set automatically by Elevyn. To compare plans or manage billing, open Settings > Subscription.
