Demo Mode and Guest Mode

When you first use Elevyn without an active subscription for your own shop, you are in Demo Mode. The app may also refer to this as Guest Mode. They mean the same thing: you are browsing the product with sample data, not your real clients or appointments.

What you can do in Demo Mode

You can move through the main areas of the app (for example Home, Schedule, Clients, and More) and see how calendars, sample clients, services, and flows look and feel. That helps you decide whether Elevyn fits your shop before you subscribe.

What Demo Mode is not

Sample data is for exploration only. To run your real business (your clients, your appointments, your sales), you need an active subscription tied to your account. New subscriptions through the Apple App Store may include a free trial; details appear on the App Store listing and in Apple’s confirmation before you buy.

Leaving Demo Mode and subscribing

1. Open More (settings), then Subscription (or the subscribe path shown on your welcome screen).
2. Choose a plan and complete purchase through Apple. After your subscription is active, you can complete onboarding and work with your own business data.

If you sign out or need to leave exploration, use Sign out where the app offers it. You can always sign back in and return to Customer Support & Help if you get stuck.
